With the key holding service of BLNCA Villas, your holiday villa is always in trusted hands. We ensure that your property is carefully maintained while you are away and fully prepared when you arrive. This allows you to enjoy your stay without any worries, while we take care of everything behind the scenes.
Basic Service
Our basic service includes regular and thorough inspections of your property and grounds:
- Periodic inspection of the villa, garden and swimming pool
- Inspection of locks, doors and windows
- Flushing toilets and running taps to keep installations in optimal condition
- Additional inspections after storms or heavy rainfall, checking for possible damage or leaks
- Resetting electrical circuits after power outages
- Receiving and supervising service providers such as plumbers, electricians or insurance inspectors (up to 4 times per year)
Additional Tailor-Made Services
For extra comfort and a worry-free arrival, our services can be fully tailored to your wishes:
- Arranging professional cleaning before arrival
- Preparing the required number of beds
- Switching on appliances so the villa is comfortable and ready to use upon arrival
- Organising laundry and cleaning after departure
- Periodic cleaning when the villa is unoccupied for a longer period (monthly or quarterly)
